International Learn to Fly Day is a cooperative effort set in motion by the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) of pilots, companies, governments, and organizations in countries around the world to raise interest in flying and encourage current pilots to get others involved in aviation.

The biggest party of the year in Groveland near Yosemite! Airplane fly-over to kick off the Main Street Parade, food & beverage booths, vendors & kids events, chili tasting contest, live music all day, raffles & auctions, and oodles more! This event encompasses the entire town, but most events happen at Mary Lavaroni Community Park. Hotel Charlotte will pick you up at Pine Mountain Lake Airport, and return you when its time to fly home again! Enjoy our cozy, friendly B&B style hotel, with a hot buffet style breakfast included in your room rate, as well as WiFi and high speed internet computers in the parlor. Bring your Golf Clubs and enjoy a day at the public course within walking distance of our Vacation Rental units Condo Charlotte, and Dyer Court Duplex & Triplex.
