Block Island - New Shoreham, RI

Excellent resturant on field. 5$ cab ride into town VERY BUSY IN SUMMER so get there early, 10$ landing fee. Highly reccomend visiting here.

Awesome little diner near the airport ask the people at the fbo where it is they will give you good directions or if they aren't busy they will give you a lift. Mon-Thur: 6AM to 2PM Fri-Sat: 6AM to 7PM.

Quonset State Airport - North Kingstown, RI

Located on Quonset Point in North Kingstown, Rhode Island adjacent to Narragansett Bay, Quonset State Airport is a joint civil-military public airport and a general aviation airport. The airport is the home of Quonset Point Air National Guard Station and the 143rd Airlift Wing of the Rhode Island Air National Guard, flying the C-130J Hercules. The Rhode Island Army National Guard also maintains an Army Aviation Support Facility adjacent to the Air National Guard Station for the 1st Battalion, 126th Aviation Regiment, flying the UH-60 Blackhawk.
